UC Center Sacramento (UCCS) academic internship program participants earn UC credit, maintain their financial aid eligibility, and gain valuable work experience while interning in Sacramento. Internships are available for almost any major! Participants take classes with students from all UC campuses, which provides an intellectual and social community throughout the semester or summer.
Don't let the costs deter you! It's a wonderful opportunity to explore potential avenues in life, make friends, and network. If you receive financial aid, then many of the costs will be covered and you may be eligible for further aid. Actual costs will vary based upon student needs.
Program Eligibility
- Junior or Senior standing. Sophomores with a B or better in upper division courses may apply.
- Transfer students with 1 completed quarter at their UC campus are eligible to apply.
- International students and DACA/AB540/Undocumented students are eligible to apply.
- 3.0 GPA or above.
